Selection Requirements & Expectations
Training
Selected applicants must undergo a compulsory 4 weeks training (and pass the evaluation exam) to prepare them for the project.
Commitment
You must be committed to working for at least 8-10 hours weekly on project-related tasks for the duration of the projects.
Duration
Successful candidates are expected to be available for a minimum duration of 6 months from time of recruitment for projects.
Needs Areas
Key areas of need for the project include mentors, content creation, graphic design, photography.
Availability
You must be available for weekly meetings, reporting and progress evaluations with your project supervisor.
Experience SHAPE
You will be required to complete the SHAPE program in the course of your work with us. We will handle the cost.
